KISS, the premier Midwest soccer showcase, cordially invites you to come experience some of the best soccer competition available in the Midwest. To begin the registration process, please complete the team information form below.

Before you get started, please note: You will need team contact and coach information and detailed records of your team's performance in league, cup and other tournament play to complete the registration process. So, please have that information in hand before you begin. Fields marked with a red * are required.

Once your application has been completed/submitted, you will receive an email to the team contact provided. If you have not received this email within a few hours of your entry, please check your Spam folder. This email must be printed off and returned with your check for the entry fee by April 30th.
